Buy to play medieval sandbox MMO Life is Feudal: MMO is set to launch into open beta next month on November 17th, 2017 according to its developer Bitbox. Life is Feudal: MMO is the 'MMO' version of Life is Feudal and will feature large-scale sandbox gameplay. The game bills itself as a social-focused medieval life simulator with a realistic medieval world where players begin as peasants and can slowly climb their way to the top of society. So think of it as something like Rust, except with a huge persistent server. Players will need to make friends quickly to survive as gathering resources and constructing towns alone is extremely difficult.
Players can purchase the game in 3 different starter packages ranging from $29.99 to $99.99.
However, with the official launch of Life is Feudal: Your Own on Steam Early Access, we'll be focusing on the development of that when posting news and announcements on here, until the point at which we are ready to continue with announcements regarding the MMO release. We're happy to have you interested though and enthusiastic about the game! To start it in compatibility-mode, navigate to the client.exe of LiF ( you can go there in the properties-menu in your steam-library). Right-click the.exe-properties-change the compatibility-mode or you can try the 'solve compatibilityproblem-option' in the dropdownmenu when you right-click the.exe-file. Your villagers won’t stay at the same job all of the time in Life Is Feudal: Forest Village. During the winter months, there will be no point in keeping a farmer working, for example. If Life is Feudal crashes, Life is Feudal will not start, Life is Feudal not installing, there are no controls in Life is Feudal, no sound in game, errors happen in Life is Feudal – we offer you the most common ways to solve these problems. Be sure to update your graphics card drivers and other software.
Personally I think the idea of a Rust like MMO sounds pretty awesome. Bitbox claims that a single world in Life is Feudal MMO will support over 10,000 players in a pre-generated 21x21km game world that can be expanded as necessary. Unlike Rust and other survival games, Life is Feudal won't be 'resetting' every few weeks. Instead the persistent world will last for years 'with a living and breathing history created by the players'. This all sounds pretty neat, but time will tell if it's actually fun.

Gaining Attributes[edit | edit source]
Each skill has a primary and a secondary attribute. Both attributes raise the effective skill and get raised by performing actions from that skill.
MMO:[edit | edit source]
Almost any performed action from a skill will raise the primary and secondary attributes as long as they are not locked.
Your Own:[edit | edit source]
Your attributes will only raise if you're gaining skill points in that skill. Once a skill reaches 100 or has been set to lock, attributes wont raise anymore.
The attributes and their effects[edit | edit source]
Strength[edit | edit source]
Strength does not increase attack damage. Each individual point of Strength increase efficiency with heavier equipment by by five points.
Strength slightly lowers the needed amount of stamina per hit. And it determines how heavy a weapon can be that a character can use properly:
- One needs 10x the weight of a melee weapon in strength value.
- The strength needed for a ranged weapon varies (check the tooltip of the weapon).
- You will consume most of your stamina per hit and hit very slowly if you have not enough strength.
Increase in strength raises the weight of tools, weapons and shields that can be equipped before you become slower. MMO only: You will need significantly more stamina per hit if you are carrying too much weight.

- Agility raises your overall movement speed.
- Agility slightly raises the accuracy of a bow.
